AT 8am on 7th October 2008, the DVLA finally released the remaing F prefix registrations F1-F20

 From 8am to 6pm was with out a doubt the busiest day we have ever had trying to secure a new registration release for clients, the DVLA sold a whopping 3500 registrations in those 10 hours, of which Cape Plates managed to secure 100% of our customers pre-ordered registrations.... it was so busy, that the lines were still engaged at 6.20pm, 20 mins after the phone lines had closed.

This is the first time Cape Plates has had a 100% sucess rate for securing registrations on a major release day and only a sign of things to come for the future.

 All registrations were sold on a first come, first served basis, with a maximum of 2 purchases per call.

 We would like to thank all buyers we had working for us that day, and all customers who put their faith in Cape Plates to seucre their once in a lifetime number plates.
